No, I believe it is the responsibility of the international student and their family to prepare themselves before entering a new education system.

Only receive gov't paid education if immigrants are studying for identified canadian employment shortfalls. The immigrant must agree to work in his field in Canada for 5 years.

If they can prove that they know a very large amount of the history between countries that they will be going to, I see no issue to this. They already proved themselves, let’s see if they’re serious.

If they come to Canada for a better life and they can't afford education, then yes there education should be payed for.

No but they should have some sort of program where they get a reduced rate or have a program where these students get financial help from the government.

No, only through scholarships, and focus on Canadian citizen students first, either way, cost should be reduced
