It shouldn't be free, but institutions should not force these students to pay 2-4 times than what a domestic student would pay.

Refugees who immigrated into Canada should be provided education at community colleges. Refugees who have education and experience need to be given the chance to write an exam to qualify them for positions. IE, doctors, engineers etc. Many of the Refugees would choose to live in places who are desperate for these professionals.

for elementry secondary and highschool yes, but they should pay for secia; colleges and universities like the rest of the population.

Not a free education, but if they need financial help they should receive it. Must fill out a form/survey in order to gain this financial help from the government.

I think they should be provided with a low price for education not fully free. It should be a reasonable price which they can afford.

This question creates divide and competition between international students. It creates elitism.
