Yes, but only if it's for business purposes (ex. Businesses that buy property to rent to employees or an individual purchasing properties to rent remotely)

There should be no more foreign buyers in Canada. They own to much already and it isn't the same Canada I was born into.

The definition of foreigner is a bit vague. We need to make sure that foreign exchange students, diplomats, refugees and ambassadors/consulates, and others have housing although they're not considered citizens because they benefit this country so much.
