Only if they are buying for their own personal use for 6 months of each year unless they plan to become citizens. Not allowing them to use as rental property unless it’s used for homeless persons.

No but they should be limited to 1 house for their family and 1 house for a rental property if they choose.

No, foreigners shouldn't be allowed to purchase a home unless they are a full time resident. Providing proof that they are indeed purchasing for their own personal use, not as a rental or income generator.

If they are using the properties to make money and as a source of income then move back to their country, yes they should be.

if it is for them to resell it or to just keep it empty I think no because we already have a problem with homelessness so we need more homes for the people who actually live here and not just using the home for vacations
