No foreign buyers. if you don't live in Canada you can't own a home in Canada, but immigrants should be able to buy their primary residence like anyone else

I Think foreign buyer and vacancy taxes should be given to people who don't use the house as their primary residence or those who buy multiple homes just to sell them

No, but they shouldn't be allowed to buy multiple homes to create a monopoly for themselves.
