If they are a legal citizen they should be able to do whatever they want. If they are a permanent residence for less, then no.

I feel like it really depends. As you don't want rich foreigners buying all the houses as a way to preserve their money and sell it later. But you don't want foreigners who are trying to move here to be homeless for two years unless this doesn't apply to apartments and such.

If they are part of a foreign company working for another country, they should be slowed down in order to prevent illegal activities for tax havens and such.

No of course not they are apart of Canada now we don’t want them to become poor because the government is not capable to notice that they are apart of Canada now.
