If they are unsure of how long they are staying; if they intend to stay for a longer period of time, then they should be able to buy a house as soon as possible.

No instead you should only be allowed to purchase a home if you are a citizen and plan to live there or rent it out to other citizens

They should not be buying a house because they might be financially unstable and it could put them in alot of debt

Only refugees should be able to buy a house if they plan on staying in Canada for well over 2 years

People who do not live in Canada should not be allowed to buy homes they do not intend to live in themselves
