Permanently banned them. If they aren't it’s like why why do you get the right by home but the guy who lives here doesn’t know if that’s someone who lives here but isn’t a citizen oh good so when you get citizenship, then you get all the right becoming a Canadian citizens.

there should be a stricter requirement for anyone who buys/owns multiple houses. no more than "X" limit or other restriction on obtaining multiple houses, regardless of their Nationality.
