Foreigners who plan to move into the country should not be banned, rather, foreigners who are using the Real Estate market with the goal of making a profit should not be allowed to purchase homes. (Ideally we would stop land ownership as a whole)

Foriengers should never be permitted to purchase homes in Canada. Only Citizens and Residents who have lived in Canada 5+ years should be permitted to do so. Should Residents move out of Canada they should have to sell their homes in Canada.

Unless they plan to live in the home, foreign buyers should be disincentivized from buying real estate in Canada through buyer and vacancy taxes.

No but the cost/tax for owning a home in Canada and not living in it and letting it sit empty should be raised for the wealthy
