Can rebuild existing damaged houses and provide home to the homeless. Do not build too much homes so it will help in reducing pollution and overuse of resources.

Housing the homeless is an important reason to build new homes, however the houses should not take away too much farmland or greenery so as not to endanger our biodiversity.
