Yes and the tax should be at least 5%

I would like to see the 5% in tax go towards helping Canadian citizens purchase their own homes and go towards helping landlords and/or companies in the residential rental business to help build new residential rental properties. Also I implement a plan to work with these landlords to work with Canadian citizens that are renting to help them purchase their own homes via an RTO (rent to own). We as landlords can helps the government and people as a whole in purchasing their own homes. The best way for this to happen is for private companies (landlords), the government, and the people who want to buy a home but can’t to all work together to achieve this collectively. A home owner is a happier citizen, and feels more secure, proud and is more productive.
