Absolutely, and dismantle EI and welfare agencies (at least as they currently exist) to pay for it. Makes good sense. A giant gov't dept like EI is another giant Canadian bureaucracy that sucks too much money from the system. We don't get good value for it and would be better spent giving to those that lose their jobs, or are unemployable.
