Do you support increasing taxes for the rich in order to reduce interest rates for student loans?

Lessen the military's budget and other places in the government with unnecessary spending

After this is done every legal citizen should be able to go to a public university or vocational school for free. Those who are capable of paying full price should be forced to pay without aid.
