We must provide more incentives for alternative energy production to promote innovation in the renewable energy sector

Environmental regulations should be coupled with incentives for businesses but also enforce existing regulations vigorously and penalize businesses who refuse to comply with regulations, and reward those who comply.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
