Yes they should be compensated

The trauma and damage has been passed down through generations. There should be a base compensation and coverage of school, medical, rehab, therapy Ect. I do also think that they should also do a better job trying to Intergrate into society

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
