Yes to a point

Because last year (July 2020) was the first time I received the funds from the land agreement Treaty in almost 4-5 years. Also there should be more money funded to communities/reservations for things such as education, housing, or sports/social programs etc.

Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy
