No, I don't think so. I think that police departments are good as they are, If we can reduce the amount of abuse of power then that would be great.

Decrease certain amount but still have funds for them as to provide for a better training and longer training hours and for better background checks for them.

No. The police should work in collaboration with social and community based programs. The police should be a last resort option during emergencies, but preventing crime before it happens can still be done with social programs.

No, There should instead be more funding put into community outreach programs established by the police. Add funding in order to create a better relationship between the police and the citizens.

Maintain police funding and put efforts toward an unarmed service meant to respond to non violent or non dangerous distress calls and use the police for serious investigations and violent situations.
