i’m a bit in between on this question because the police do a great job of keeping order and balance, however i do also believe that social workers and people like that deserve an increased pay.

No if you take away the police who will be there if someone commits crime increased funding for police department in high crime rates. This question is no longer relevant and should be removed

I believe police need their funding. However I also believe that they need more training and career intervention/counseling. They need to partner with other community supports. And they should have more training to deal with the domestic violence crisis and further fallout

No, but divert a portion of police budgets towards accompanying unarmed community based responders for non-violent calls.
