I believe the money being sent to the police should be used for new training policies and to create better laws. Our legal system hasn't been updated for a lot of issues and it is causing a problem which then feeds into social community based programs. Instead of talking about the cause we should be trying to solve it.

No, we should increase training in higher crime rate communities. Ones with lower rates should have a slight decrease
