Change training or more strick psychological evaluations. The lack of help for the native population, specifically native woman that go missing and not enough is done.

Increase funding to police so they can receive conflict resolution and mental health training. Police should be able to handle every situation. Increase funding so they can become counselors too. Abolishing the police would be stupid more work has to be done to make police better. Police training should involve critical race theory.
