It's a terrible question. You could because we have more renewable energy in abundant natural resources but how long before a country decides to put its bid in and manage it without the general population notices it. Waste of tax dollars and probably controlled by a political stance we cannot understand. Untrustworthy liberals did this to us, that's why no party could control this without it going terribly wrong.
