Yes if living in a predominantly English-speaking area. French should be learned if living in a French-speaking area.

Yes, English (Or French dependant if the location is a French speaking majority) should be required, but the government should provide free language learning courses

Yes, with the inclusion that French should also be accepted to reflect our status as a bilingual country.

That or French. To be honest though, I don't see how an immigrant could live in this country for any amount of time and not eventually learn either English or French. I don't believe there needs to be any compulsion from the government, they will just learn the language(s) naturally in order to get by.

New immigrants should be be required to learn either official language, and multilingual translations should be removed from government documents and services
