The election is already shoved down my throat in every other aspect of my life, I don't need to see it on social media either, I've already seen it. I can recite the **** ing Pierre Poilievre youtube ad word for word.

A person can have their belief system deluded by social media. On one hand, it acts as a social forum to broadcast anything that the audience will engage with, on the other, it is a highly intrusive and encompassing form of media that is present in almost every aspect of modern life. Further, there is no distinction in engagement. Meaning, one will not have to actively seek out political rhetoric to be exposed to it unknowingly and develop an ingenuine understanding of politics. The average person is not highly educated and is easily swayed by appearances on social media. We must have intellectual forums wherein the audience understands the political rhetoric they are being exposed to.
