My immediate stance is no, but if it's shown that no residual advantage exists post-transitioning, then I would have no issues. I imagine this would be different depending on the sport and would take time to determine, so my answer is no for now.

You can move up to, or stay in the male division which would be renamed open division. You can't move down into women's.
