This is the toughest question on this test. I would argue no, purely because it is a very situational job. Some people may be forced into that life, others may choose it. I don't think the death penalty is fitting for this crime, however there should be a long sentence for mass-distribution.

i do not agree that drug traffickers should receive a death penalty depending on the extent of the criminal activity, criminals should have the right to be given a parole hearing after 10 years; releasing resident should be negotiated based off of the parole hearing.

No, rehabilitation programs. There is a reason someone turned to that, maybe they had no other opportunity. Poor upbringing etc.
