To me this depends on that transparency of the dealer with their customers. For instance : a drug dealer who sells cocaine, and doesn’t Cut it with anything, doesn’t deserve the same sentence as a drug dealer who sells cocaine but sneakily cuts it with substances like fentanyl. These are two very different crimes and should be treated as such.
