The political ideology I most identify with is Roman Republicanism. I support its idea of preventing power from being in the hands of one person instead of the people. However, in times of crisis, instead of bickering and squabbling, they choose a strong and competent leader to guide the Republic with complete power for a limited amount of time. This system allows for representation, and when the time comes, it does not stand in the way of those trying to do good.
