Yes, no one should be kept in poverty, everyone, including workers need an income to cover all necessities, especially if you're laid off and have no job, this will not replace a working income after you find work, unless if you can prove you're incapable of working.

Yes, everyone should receive an income to cover basic necessities to cover food and housing at $300,00 a year. But shouldn't replace a working income unless if you can prove you can't work

Yes, at $50,000 for low income, $100,000 for moderate income, $150,000 for moderate-high income and $200,000 for high income first year, then increase all brackets to $600,000 yearly.

Yes, everyone should receive income. Especially those who can't succeed on their own like homeless people. Pay everyone $40,000 a year.
