Yes, people should be able to qualify for UBI but must go through an interview and testing period to determine if they qualify for UBI. People who are unemployed should also receive job training while on UBI or perform community service.

No, some people do not the income while others do. The government should only give a monthly allowance to those who earn very little and those in need.

I support a guaranteed income for people living at or below the poverty threshold. I don't believe that middle-income and upper-income people need a universal basic income program.

Many people do not need it and for a country our size it's unrealistic.
