No, Don't we already have the welfare system and disability that covers this for people in this kind of situation, as well as tax credits for people that are in certain situations such as being a parent?

Yes I agree to a certain extent but if you receive the financial help you need to also prove that you are a working member of society and not just sitting at home collecting money from the government
