I believe that there should be regulations on how much biodegradable but this seems a little too strict

All single use paper, plastic products should be phased out through regulations and replaced by general reusable returnable utensils and dishes.

Disposable products are important for people in low income situations and the disabled. People who can afford and are able to use recyclable materials should, however a ban on production would not be beneficial to individuals in the public.

Yes, and ban all disposable products that are not made of at least 75% of biodegradable material, unless they can be recycled and therefore incentivize recycling rather than just punishing those who don't.

no because it does nothing to help, these new paper staws and cutlery are packaged in PLASTIC
