Yes, but they need to pass a test making sure they understand basic politics as a requirement to vote.

The voting aged should be lowered but not at the young end, older people (80+) should no longer be able to vote

Yes, i think that if the citizen is mature enough then they should be able to vote

the legal age should be raised

No, I think we're at a good age for Canadians to vote in 18, as they are just out of school and potentially pursuing college, university or even a vocational/trade school, and they have been educated about these issues, and are beginning to form, or have formed their own opinions. It also makes sense, as we begin to trust that they can handle things around 18 for other decisions. Anything younger than that, I feel would be taking advantage of younger voters, as kids make stupid decisions.

Teenagers are clueless about the world and consequences. An age group notorious for being easily influenced should not even be listened to or considered.

I think there's an argument to be made that because younger people are learning about different things, it would be a great way to get them involved with the democratic system and learn about different candidates and what they stand for/against. But at the same time, we do run the risk of politicians manipulating young, vulnerable people into voting for them because they're not smart enough. Overall, that also happens with adults as well, so we can't really say we have the high ground like Obi-Wan said to Anakin, so we should be open to it.
