No, in fact it should be raised as some children say weird and irrelevant stuff to mess up the voting.

No, the minimum voting age where it currently sits (18 years of age) is good.

 @92V7CNNPeople’sfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

There should be no voting and the prime minister should hold ultimate power

The most allowed age to vote is after 18 and I don't think it will be a chance for kids under 18 to vote

 @8SW5RYJPeople’sfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

People who do not pay taxes or have children in a stable family should not vote.

 @8QG9NKPPeople’sfrom Nova Scotia  answered…4yrs4Y

Minors should not be allowed to vote, but should not be taxed because that is taxation without representation.

 @BasedCanadianPeople’sfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes but should be required to pass a basic test to demonstrate their understanding of politics

 @8CYTBQSPeople’sfrom Ontario  answered…5yrs5Y

I don't think so I think the age is apropiate because if you go to low i think the parents would tell them who to vote for etc.

 @8CSVHBMPeople’sfrom Ontario  answered…5yrs5Y

No minimum wage should be raised to 25 as kids who go to secondary can sue there parents for support money shows they can’t take care of themselves and mental maturity of generation is decreasing

 @99L7RQQPeople’sfrom Newfoundland  answered…2yrs2Y

No. Voting should be the privilege and obligation of those who have earned their citizenship.

 @8KWGNLBPeople’sfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Firstly, young people should be thoroughly educated on the political parties and their values/what they stand for. After they are able to demonstrate a basic understanding, and if they are of age, they can vote.
