I'm completely indifferent, it could be lowered to 16, but it doesn't matter that much to me.

Yes, but people under sixteen can not vote with there parents and should be required to pass a basic test demonstrating their understanding of politics in order to vote.

Yes, but there should be a basic test you are required to take once in your life to make sure you understand basic politics

If your considered an adult at the age of 12 in first aid and adult at the age of 16 for your passport then yes
