Yes, I do believe that any immigrant that commits a serious crime should be deported for the safety of the country, however, I do believe a stricter order is to be placed, such as a permanent ban from the country, as well as ensuring they are jailed in their respective country, unless the crime done here is not illegal in their country. however I do still believe that their sentence be carried out, regardless of it being illegal there or not.

Only if they have finished there sentence it is safe for them to return and they entered illegally

No, because they have a reason for leaving their country and if they committed a serious crime it could also be initiated by citizens who don't want immigrants in their country. So they should serve their sentence and be given a chance to prove themselves worthy of staying in the country

No, if immigrants came to Canada and have lived here for several years especially more then 10 they should allowed to stay unless they entered illegally
