if it is bad enough to the point to where they have to leave then yes but if its not that bad just put them into jail.

No. They should be locked up here. Some of our laws don't apply in their countries and they are set free. Also what if they're wrongly convicted? That's not fair for them or their children etc.

Yes, as long as their home country will punish them as much or more than us. if they wont be punished as much then keep them in jail here

Yes, if it is safe for them to return and the individual circumstances of the offence are actually serious (not just deemed indictable for immigration purposes when they’re actually hybrid offences that proceeded summarily in criminal court)

I think if they commit two or three crimes then they should be deported, because if someone is a murderer and they come to canada. If they get deported back, they can just keep killing.

Yes, as long as it is safe for them to return to their country. If not, they should fid oh serving their sentence
