This should depend on the situation and severity of the crime. We must also ensure that if they are deported, it is safe for them to go to their country, and also ensure that they will face consequences for their crime on Canadian soil in their home country.

immigrants should sign a contract that they are subject to the countries laws that they are moving into beforehand, with help from people of their own language to understand the rules and juristictions they are submitting themselves to. then, if this contract is agreed to be signed, they are not deported. they must sign this contract to immigrate

Yes, in fact, they should do the death penalty depending on how serious the crime is and where they're from like if they're from places who literally execute Canadian citizens in their countries for committing a crime there instead of sending them back as they should like in China.

Prison Systems outside of NA aren't safe, and can't be regulated by our country, deporting criminals without a request of them or their original country can put them in horrible living conditions especially in prison.
