If the crime was intentional and threatening or causing injury or death or grievous loss of property etc.
Yes and No. Yes if they have been charged multiple times No because if theyre a legal citizen, they should only finish their senetence.

@8WLDXSPNew Democratic4yrs4Y
Depending on if the country they are getting deported to could kill them eg; North Korea
@8VHCNGQ4yrs4Y

If it is safe to enter their own country, but also depending on the crime. People who have committed more severe crimes that pose a larger threat to Canadian safety should be deported, but illegal immigrants should not be.
@8V5QT494yrs4Y
This should be based on a case by case basis
@8T3GK5W4yrs4Y
Should depend on the situation and whether their home country is dangerous and if they have family here that depends on their support. Also should depend on the crime committed, reasoning, and how they plan to make up for it (jail time and rehabilitation)
@8R4KM774yrs4Y
no, they should be punished within the system that they committed the crime in
@SakshamP4yrs4Y
If the immigrant has been living in Canada for less than 5 years, then deporting the immigrant would make sense, but not when they have lived for more than 5 years.
@8QKZFDZ4yrs4Y
I believe they should be kept in prison regardless of what country they're in and get the exact same punishment any other criminal would get for committing the same crime.
@8NXRYZTLibertarian4yrs4Y
Deport after the jail time. Confiscate property
@8HWQNFJ5yrs5Y
they should be tortue then sent back to where they came from
If it's a crime like murder, then we should deport them to brazil.
@8FX3RR95yrs5Y
Depends on how serious the crime.
@8DSTBMM5yrs5Y
Only if these commit very serious crime (murder, sexual abuse)
@9CBJFSM2yrs2Y
yes but it depends on how bad the crime was.
@98FC5LL2yrs2Y
Only if the crime resulted in a loss of life and their home country is safe
@97YHVWT2yrs2Y
it depends how serious it is cause If its not like really bad then they shouldn't get forced back
@97W2B49Rhinoceros2yrs2Y
Depending on the varity of the crime
