If thier is hard genuinue proof of that crime they should be deported with a chance of permission to come back

 @933LMPXfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

Potentially, after they serve their sentence. Case by case ...Prison education, and reform as we would rehabilitate and treat our own, and this should be a sociatal priority, not punitive measures. Electronic bracelet and probationary aftercare would rather.

It depends on what the crime is, and how long they have lived in the country, and if it is safe to deport them.

 @8VHMFKDfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

yes unless they have been a canadian sitezen for more tha 2 years and it it is a major crim punishable by time in prison.

 @8VG6QNSfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

yes and no, if the crime is something minor then they could suffer the consequence(s) in Canada. if the crime is something major that may result to life in prison then they should be deported to their original country that they came from

Yes, but only before becoming citizens, and citizens who leave the country to fight with terrorists against Canadian troops should be exiled as traitors (fighting against Canada). They should not be allowed to re-enter the country.

 @8CSWPZMfrom Alberta  answered…5yrs5Y

No, both the citizens and immigrants should be equally treated and convicted for their crime.

 @8CR2XDRfrom Alberta  answered…5yrs5Y

if they committed murder, child predator , arson, felony, pretended to be a government official or some type of authority and scammed people money that's more than 100k they should be deported.

 @9C2JMT9from Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

Immigrants are committing serious crimes enough for this to even be a question

 @99FB88Lfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, as long as it is safe for them to return to their country after they served their sentence and unless they committed serious crimes to harm others/terror to society
