This question doesn't really make sense because why are we deporting only immigrants that commit a serious crime? Does this not tie into some sort of racism? If the crime committed involved murder or arson, then yes I suppose. If not, then what's the point of deporting them? If it's something like stealing then no. And if they are then they should be able to return to their country with no questions asked.

Yes, regardless of if their country of origin is a country with a bad human rights history should of thought about that before committing a violent offence

If they are a Canadian citizen treat them as one. If they aren’t a Canadian citizen yet and they commit a very serious crime it should potentially be considered apart of their sentence in certain cases
