If they are not legal citizens and only if they are deemed guilty beyond reasonable doubt by a Canadian jury. If the crime occurs on Canadian soil then it is a Canadian case and should be treated with the same respect any legal resident would recieve.

How are you going to say they are truly Canadian citizens if you kick them out when they commit a serious crime. If they are truly Canadian citizens then they should be treated exactly the same as Canadian citizens.
