They shouldnt necessarily be deported, but more like treated like citizens of the country who commited serious crimes. If they have a repeat offense they should be sent back.

No, the majority of foreigners deported when they arrive in their country of origin are not properly penalized, which is why they should be penalized in the country where the crime was committed.

It would depend on just how serious the crime was if their country was safe and they committed murder I would say yes
