Yes, if they cannot serve their sentence/cannot be rehabilitated, so long as it’s safe to return to their country. No, so long as they can serve their sentence fully, or can be sufficiently rehabilitated.

i believe they should receive the same punishment if they weren't an immigrant for doing the same thing.

I think serving a sentence just like any other citizen should be enough of a punishment. An immigrant should be treated the same way as any other person.

yes if they do a crime more then once after put in jail but if its pretty safe ish to go
