We should try to reduce the debt and deficit, but if we can reallocate funding from other issues than we can keep giving them some funding, but we should allow them to be independent from the government and let them do their own thing

They should be given the right to own property. Divide up reserves . They should receive a 1/8 royalty for all resources on there lands . They should recieve preference in contracts on there lands for 25 to 50 years
