Yes and the government should stop taking more of their lands. Military action should also be used less in dealing with protests.

They should receive whatever monetary funds are necessary to assist with education, training, THERAPY, and social programs

I think they should receive clean water, funding for therapy, schooling, food, etc. But Chiefs should allocate that money fairly to everyone in their communities

Should not be decided by us, but the aboriginals themselves and in what kind of support they need at the time.

Yes, because if they are new to the country, then they are coming in with barely any money to keep a decent roof over their head so the government should be more supportive financially of the immigrants.
