Yes and the government should stop taking more of their lands. Military action should also be used less in dealing with protests.

 @96J7SWVfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but make the chief show where the money goes and what it’s used for

 @8ZTF98BNew Democraticfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but we should also offer more assistance in the form of education, training, and social programs.

 @8VYZLVYfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

As an indigenous citizen, the government funding causes more divided between aboriginal people and non-aboriginal peoples. By giving more to one population then the other, we will never succeed to be an equal society.

They should receive whatever monetary funds are necessary to assist with education, training, THERAPY, and social programs

 @8V79B7Yfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but the money should be directed to social programs and infrastructure. Determined by aboriginals

 @8V4WT8Ffrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes but they should be receiving help with issues like no clean water and extreme prices in the north.

 @8TTD28Qfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

I think they should receive clean water, funding for therapy, schooling, food, etc. But Chiefs should allocate that money fairly to everyone in their communities

 @8TJ4SZRfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

I think that in the current state of the indigenous peoples well being and lives I believe that they should be receiving much more funding and also we should be sending people to help them with the fresh water issue.

 @8STQ2NMfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Should not be decided by us, but the aboriginals themselves and in what kind of support they need at the time.

Yes, and the government should give them their land back. Also, we should offer assistance in the form of education, training and social programs, and abolish the Indian Act.

 @8PCCXK3New Democraticfrom Alberta  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, and we should provide assistance in the form of education, training, and social programs (for all citizens).

 @99PZFMGfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, because if they are new to the country, then they are coming in with barely any money to keep a decent roof over their head so the government should be more supportive financially of the immigrants.

 @96QM73Hfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

We need to include Indigenous peoples in every we do. We need to build Canada's future together. Together we are much stronger.
