Aboriginal people need to have that support to compensate for their hardships and use of resources. Although it also depends on the person who is being funded. Many studies show that young Aboriginal kids end up to drug use due to the money they posses after a certain age. The government should track the drug use of Aboriginal parents to prevent passing down the habit and mindset. Rather than helping the aboriginal community, the funds end up destroying it due to the generational trauma

I say no but the reason I say no is because if you look at the quality of some reserves they aren't taken care of and some places they don't try to work for better for themselves, that's why I think there should be more social projects and other things like better subsidized housing.

Yes, in the way of programs to teach our peoples about our culture and our ancestors and, rehabilitation, and subsidized housing.

No, instead of monetary funds, we should instead offer assistance in the form of education, training, and social programs. And they should be integrated into society as citizens.

The money they get is in trust from treaties. It is already their money!

 @9CXQ8MZfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

I think it depends. Try making sure everyone has clean drinking water and can find the bodies of loved ones. Handing out money to some while others suffer is nonsense.

Yes but it is okay for them to still recieve money for education or things they may need
