Should Canada raise taxes on the rich?
Australia currently has a progressive tax system whereby high income earners pay a higher percentage of tax than low income tax. A more progressive income tax system has been proposed as a tool towards reducing wealth inequality.

Yes, and lower taxes for lower income, remove all existing tax loopholes for large corporations, remove tax emptions for churches, and stop bailouts to large corporations

No, and disallow any deductions and increase the sales tax which will cause savings for business owners and decrease inflation

Yes, and only the rich should pay income tax. For everyone else, a land tax replaces income tax.
Yes - but I would say to gradually increase taxes on the rich and lower them for the poor. For example, every year, taxes for corporations could increase .2-4% or remove a few tax loopholes.

There needs to be a balance of higher taxes for wealthy but still have them stay in canada and I c’est within the country.
