Yes by an order of magnitude, remove most loop holes. Also increase taxes on large corporations while reducing taxes for small businesses
sliding scale tax for every bracket. mainly reform spending so that tax relief for all can be achieved

Some of the current tax structure are o.k, but concerning the rich only I would have to be a rich person to honestly answer that question so I may experience that lifestyle.
