no, if the government wants to tax people, the tax payers should be providing the same amount of funds, whether they are rich or not. The economically stable individuals should not have to pay more than anyone else, because the people with lower income are then being supported by the higher uppers and not paying as much into tax.

A thorough audit of the previous year's tax dollars allocation should be completed and economic experts should,in a televised event, explain where our tax dollars have gone. With this information, the government can then justify and put to a vote, what the new tax rates will be. I am more than willing to pay my fare share as long as it is not being imbeciled or squandered

Abolish the personal income tax for income <120,000/year, disallow all deductions and increase the sales tax with monthly rebates paid to all based on value paid for first 31,000 of income.

Lower the income tax rate and remove all existing tax loopholes for large corporations while increasing their taxes

Yes to an extent, more brackets should be created and the rich should be generally taxed more than the poor, remove all existing tax loopholes for large corporations to increase the total tax money the government has access to, and simultaneously decrease the gap between the rich and poor.
